Never refunded for a returned order
When I placed my order with S.A.S.O., I missed an important fact: they only use a courier to deliver your purchase. This works fine for people who do not work during the day and I am sure it is quite convenient for the store, but it is a logistical nightmare trying to get get the parcel without taking a day off from work. The courier's office is far away and there is only one. I never managed to meet with the courier and my parcel was sent back. I emailed the store and after a few days I received a reply that my purchase will be refunded minus the shipping, of course. This was a month ago. I sent more email inquiries, but received no replies and NO refund. That I will never use this store ever again is obvious, for others: you've been warned.
