A good buying experience with free shipping for items under 20kg
Ordered a headphone case, with free delivery (according to their website, delivery is free for items under 20kg). The pricing was the same compared to what other sellers offered in the market, but i chose StoreDJ as they had a physical shop within a relatively close distance in case i had any issues with my purchase.
They also offer a range of payment options and accept most cards, including PayPal and Amex which is convenient.
I received a order confirmation on the same day. 4 days later, i then received an email stating that my order had been shipped (with a tracking number).
My item then arrived the next day.
Overall, i'd say i was happy with the total time taken, although i felt that it took a little longer than i expected for my order to be processed. i could have driven to their store and paid for and picked up the item quicker. But not going to complain with the convenience of delivery to my door.
Overall a great transaction. I just bought some digital records.
After seeing the item was clearly In stock at the best price I could find and that store and After placing the order online I received an order confirmation email. The next business day I receive a confirmation of shipment email with the tracking number for Australia Post e parcel One more day given that I was in the same metropolitan area I received the good, it was packed well and the received undamaged (which is very difficult to do for records).
