Purchased the 'fruitilicious' loose tea bags and received a free tea holder/infuser. Was wrapped when it arrived after 3 days. I receive free gift wrapping as well. My cousin will love it! Price was reasonable too as their teas are natural. WIll buy from again.
I bought a teapot and 4 teacups, which set me back about 170$. Shipping was included and the items arrived quickly (less than a week). The cost of the actual product is overpriced, and you are mainly just paying for the brand. The quality is there, but should not be that high of a price.
The items were protected sufficiently in the postage, and it was wrapped extremely nicely in a box with wrapping paper. The give more than enough wrapping paper to wrap at least 20 boxes the size of the present! Overall, a little expensive but worth the money.

Free gift wrapping included and it came well packed. Beautiful gift wrap with a little gift tag and all the items I ordered were placed in a lovely black T2 box. Good quality items although yes, they are expensive.
Would definitely shop with T2 again especially if they have any sales on!

Ordered their T24U Chill kit(2L jug, small spoon and 2 packets of tea) which was on sale. Went into the store but they did have any stock so I ordered online instead.
Happy with all the products I ordered but disappointed that they did not offer free gift wrapping anymore. For a previous online order, one of the tins in a gift pack was scratched but I didnt bother with returns/exchanges.
I would recommend buying instore if they have stock because 1. you can check the item for damage 2. free gift wrapping 3. no need to pay for shipping
