I hadn't used Target online before and found the website quite intuitive when searching for items, moving house I needed to purchase some bath towels. I found the product selection easy and checkout process straightforward. I received the order 5 business days later, well packaged and good quality. I will most likely shop here again.
I ordered underwear and two pairs of jeans and chose to pick them up in store rather than pay for delivery. The order was ready to pick up a week and a half after my payment.
Unfortunately the items didn't fit but I returned them on the spot in store with my invoice.
Bought a pair of thongs; cheap, same kind of product you would find in a brick and mortar store. There was some trouble with the shipping being a little late but I cleared it up with them and the customer service was great.
On the 06/06/2013 i ordered a 'George Foreman Compact Gril' for the grand total of $3.86! On the 11/06/2013 i received notification that my order had been dispatched to my local store and on the 20/06/13 i was notified that my order was ready for collection.Today i collected my order and it was as described.
As this was a click and collect order there was no charge for shipping.
I went to my local Target store to buy the Lego Duplo Large Brick Box which was on sale, but they had no stock. Fortunately, the online store had it available. However, it's the ONLY Duplo available online. The online store has very few items. Hopefully they expand their online store, because it's a convenient way to buy items not available at your local Target.
I chose the Click and Collect option which took 9 days to arrive, because they were doing a stock-take at the warehouse. The website warned me about the delay and they also sent me an email reminding me that the delay was unusual.
The in-store pickup was quick and easy. Although it would be nice if they just gave you the item, instead of the shipping box which was four times the size of the Legos box and awkward to carry in the mall with a toddler in tow.
I purchased a Hipod Booster Seat online and opted to pick it up at my local store. So easy as I could pick it up when it suited me. I also love shopping online with no delivery fee! Very happy with how easy the whole process was and would certainly pick this option again. My booster seat was ready to pick up in less than a week - perhaps because they had them in stock at my store too.
have purchased a doll online to pick up in store. Doll took long time to be on store, and even though they had the same doll available I had to wait for the one I purchased to be there so I could pick up, It took a long time. not so happy about it
