I placed an order with The Farm Store only to be advised they wanted more money for freight even though freight was included in the original cost. I was given the choice to cancel the order, I requested cancellation. Not only did The Farm Store charge my credit card they did not supply the goods 2 months plus. Many requests for reimbursement every two weeks went unanswered. As I had not received the goods I started credit card chargeback, after two months I did receive the item and spoke to Meagan to discuss payment she assured me they would not dispute the chargeback and let the reimbursement of my credit card go through, so in good faith I paid direct deposit, guess what I have now paid twice. Unbelievable - I would not trust this company as far as I can throw them. Never will I deal with them again.
