Have ordered many books from TheNile.com.au and i like the fact that on this order they were very prompt and quick with the shipping, they dispatched the order the next day and the books arrived less then a week later, the books come packed well in a box or hard cardboard envelope so they stay in good condition, im like always another happy customer from TheNile.com.au! would recommend like always!
I ordered 3 books from TheNile Bookstore and i have to say, they have the best communication, i received multiple update e-mails about the processing and shipping, the books didnt arive as quick as they normally would, this is the only time that TheNile have made a mistake with any of my orders. To this date i will recommend TheNile to anyone.
I bought a light novel and a few other books from The Nile and as always they come in good quality and before the expected arrival time. I am once again very pleased with there service and i always will be, i would definitely recommend there services!
I ordered three CD's and a book. The CD was somewhat expensive, but that was a reissue and not found elsewhere. The book was priced cheaper than most other suppliers on the internet. The book arrived first within 7 days, and the CD's arrived within 14 (right on 14) working days. I had gotten a bit concerned that it might not turn up at all, and had to go to the calendar to see what was likely to happen time wise. However, right on the button, the second package arrived. Items were packed awkwardly with post recycling cardboard but arrived well. The site was easy to navigate, orders were priced correctly and the invoice was legible. No complaints.
The advertised delivery time frames are a load of bunk. Order will not be shipped until 5 days after you have received payment, but they do not tell you this until after you are wondering where your order is.
The call centre staff were extremely unhelpful, especially (Employee Name Removed), and tried to tell me that the definition of delivery was the same as that of postage. They were also condescending, had no reasonable arguments, yet still refused to refund me. The customer is not right.
