I ordered a wayuu taya foundation susu bag. The bag was on sale and delivery was free. When the bag arrived two weeks later, I was disappointed that the colour I received was not the colour pictured. In fact the colour was completely different. I contacted Shopbop to complain about this and they offered me a refund which I accepted. I was pleased they offered the refund even though it was a sale item. Good service.
I wanted to get this Tory Burch flats which are not sold in Australia.
So I googled search and found a few retail websites that had the flats that I wanted.
I came across this site and it was the cheapest site I could purchase the Quinn Ballet Metal Logo Flats, Clay Beige/Gold flats.
I placed an order for size 6 US.
Price $235 USD included shipping and handling from USA.
This price converted to AUD at the time was $251AUD paid.
I thought that the price was well reasonable considering that it was from the US.
The item arrived in 3 days as per website states for all international orders will be delivered in 3 working days.
I was so excited to receive these in 3 days so that I could wear them for my birthday.
When i received the item, it was well packaged with lots of tissue paper and the shoe was not damaged or faulty.
Unfortunately, the size was a bit too big for me.
So using the free returns - which was excellent as this was international returns, I scheduled a pick up time for DHL to pick up the item and printed off the return forms and slips.
The refund was received just after a week.
I placed another order for the smaller size and received it - fit perfect and quality excellent.
