My experience using victoriassecret.com was mostly positive - I enjoyed browsing and selecting products. They have heaps of variety and colours and their models are beautiful. The prices are also very reasonable and there are always sales. I did have a few problems however: being an American brand the shipping was quite pricey - I ended up paying $40 postage for a few pairs of underwear, new bathers, jeans and a body wash. I was happy with the products, but not delighted. The quality was fair but some of the items were not how I had expected them to be at all! I found the images somewhat misleading. I was happy enough not to consider trying to get a refund. The items were shipped in 2 stages as some were not in stock at the time. The first load came within 2 weeks and the second a week later.
