I was advised the game (Rocksmith) was despatched on 28th April and a second item on the same order was despatched on 30th April.
The second item arrived on 9th May, no sign of the first item. When I wrote to complain, they asked me to check the delivery address & advised I had to wait 25 working days before they would investigate!
It is now 2nd June, still no sign of the item, and I have just been asked to confirm for the FOURTH time that the delivery address is correct - incredibly frustrating. They repeatedly just trot out a standard response (check the delivery address) without reading the email trail, and have done nothing to resolve the issue! They have had my money since 25th April, I have nothing!
Has been nearly 3 weeks and my order still hasn't arrived,very slow on postage, buy if you are prepared to wait 3 weeks. The pricing is good and they ship in great condition.
This is the second order I have made through Ozgameshop and now they are 0 for 2... The first item I ordered took 4 weeks, and now 3 weeks later on this one only half off the items have only just been dispatched. I was told that there was 6 - 10 day period before delivery, but this is far too long past that date and some of the items I am now being told will not make it as Christmas presents. If you are ordering from here for Christmas presents, DON'T as I think it is already far too late. Try something for Easter about now.
I received faulty item, had to send back to UK to get refund. Postage from Aus to UK costed me a fortune. They promised to refund postage cost too, but I never receive it. Have been chasing for it about a month. DO NOT order from this site. You can communicate with them only by email. No phone number to contact. They can ignore your email anytime. Waste time. Waste money. It does not worth! Their price is cheaper because of their unreliable service. Poor quality product and service!!
If you don't want to wait 5-6 weeks to receive your item or a refund for your item, don't buy from Ozgameshop. No tracking is offered. Ended up buying the item locally.
Very disatisfied with customer service after getting accused of being in the US. All credit card, paypal, email address and postal address are AU. All because I have VPN on for security reasons. Never forgetting the second time was processed under my regular IP. So what if I was overseas and buying it for my son. Definitely stick with ebay and the fantastic seller who sent me the code withins minutes for my sons birthday tomorrow. Oh! and never mind that this is a UK base store selling to Australia.

Didn't realise this company wasn't in Australia until a foreign transaction fee showed up on my account still they were cheap enough so all good.
