I was advised the game (Rocksmith) was despatched on 28th April and a second item on the same order was despatched on 30th April.
The second item arrived on 9th May, no sign of the first item. When I wrote to complain, they asked me to check the delivery address & advised I had to wait 25 working days before they would investigate!
It is now 2nd June, still no sign of the item, and I have just been asked to confirm for the FOURTH time that the delivery address is correct - incredibly frustrating. They repeatedly just trot out a standard response (check the delivery address) without reading the email trail, and have done nothing to resolve the issue! They have had my money since 25th April, I have nothing!
This is the second order I have made through Ozgameshop and now they are 0 for 2... The first item I ordered took 4 weeks, and now 3 weeks later on this one only half off the items have only just been dispatched. I was told that there was 6 - 10 day period before delivery, but this is far too long past that date and some of the items I am now being told will not make it as Christmas presents. If you are ordering from here for Christmas presents, DON'T as I think it is already far too late. Try something for Easter about now.
Slow delivery + nonchalant response = poor service
I preordered / bought Assassins Creed III 3 Game Xbox 360 for $65.99. The game arrived a month after the release date. I sent them an email asking why it had taken so long to get to me given I had preordered the game. In response I was told that the game had arrived in a "reasonable amount of time". I disagree and would have at least liked some sort of explanation (even something like 'we had an unexpected number of orders to satisfy for this popular game). My disappointment was compounded by the fact that the game was available at my local stores for $69. I waited an extra month for this highly anticipated game to save $3. No warranty is offered with the game as it is from the UK and I live in Australia (however I don't mark that as poor service as that was my own choice).
Placed an order for a Pre-order item, release date was just under 2 weeks away from when I ordered it, that came... and went with no sign of my product.
They took my money, and 2 months later I STILL do not have my item.
I have lots of correspondence but all it says is
"I understand your frustration with this, however unfortunately we can not provide information which we do not currently have."
They have offered a refund, but of course they cannot pay me back the money my bank has charged in international transaction fees.
They should never have taken the money without having the product to supply.
This company is irresponsible and should not be trusted.
Has been nearly 3 weeks and my order still hasn't arrived,very slow on postage, buy if you are prepared to wait 3 weeks. The pricing is good and they ship in great condition.
I received faulty item, had to send back to UK to get refund. Postage from Aus to UK costed me a fortune. They promised to refund postage cost too, but I never receive it. Have been chasing for it about a month. DO NOT order from this site. You can communicate with them only by email. No phone number to contact. They can ignore your email anytime. Waste time. Waste money. It does not worth! Their price is cheaper because of their unreliable service. Poor quality product and service!!
If you don't want to wait 5-6 weeks to receive your item or a refund for your item, don't buy from Ozgameshop. No tracking is offered. Ended up buying the item locally.
