With a christmas sale and student discount Boohoo looked like a great choice for a new clothing order.
The website was easy to use, with quick postage from Australia Post including tracking! Emails were prompt and detailed and the items were great quality.
An item had to be sent back due to not being as expected. $7.50 for the return postage but it does take a while for a refund to be processed. Customer care was very fast to reply to any questions.
I recently shopped at BOOHOO and found it to be really fantastic (as usual :)) they have a huge selections of styles for prices that just cant be found in Australian retail stores! I like that they always have some sort of discount when ordering on-line so I rarely pay full price. Although all together it was a very good shopping experience my parcel arrived quite a few days after promised, also the size chart is really off (would not recommend using it, my measurements indicated I was a 14 but in reality im a 10) but its easy to guess what size I am by looking at what size the model is and seeing how much bigger/smaller I am than her!
I ordered a jumper and a pair of shorts from BOOHOO the other day, the express shipping was on time however the jumper is smaller than the sizing suggested and I could barely fit my head through the neck hole, and the sleeves are too short so I had to return it. The shorts however are a nice fit and for $15 are great value!I appreciate the free shipping and additional discounts.
Boohoo offers some great products and are very reasonably priced (most dresses and jumpers range from $20-$30). The quality is pretty good for the price and i have seen many of the things from Boohoo in department stores at a much larger price. However i didn't find their measurement chart very good as it said the model had a 13 inch waist and wore a size 8 when she actually had a 26 inch waist. I also email customer service twice about a price query and both times received automated computer replies that didn't answer my question. Also i paid for express shipping which promised my goods in 2-3 working days but received them after 14 days,im assuming that the reason was the frequent public holidays were a factor. Overall their value is very good and I will be ordering from there again but will be paying for the non- express shipping.
This site offers free shipping to Australia! Love that. However, the quality of their goods is not so great, prices are a bit high for what they're worth.
I received my order in 7 business days which is standard for shipping from the UK. I ordered a pair of flatforms which arrived in the shoe box in a satchel. They look good on but the sizing is on the small side so my toes and feet are really cramped in.
The description didn't warn us of this, I wish it had! Overall, I had an easy transaction and I'm feeling a bit 'meh' about my purchase but at least there were no problems.
I don't think I will be back unless I really love what I see.
boohoo always gives the best deals ever! their dresses comes in variety but always at the best price :) tho quality could be better, but who cares! its boohoo and their dresses are amazing to show off they arrive quickly and its free shipping! what more
I've shopped here a few times and I have to say that I much prefer ASOS.
The quality of the goods are not particularly good, and a lot of the time I was rather disappointed with the quality of the actual item compared to what was shown on the website. I actually had to return a bag that I purchased because it did not live up to my expectations from the pictures I had seen on the website....
Some items have been ok but overall, even with the free shipping I'm not sure if I want to shop here again.
On this particular order I ordered a oversized knit which honestly wasn't of very good quality and for the price I paid, I could probably buy a better item at Valleygirl or Ally etc.
