Last night i ordered three sweaters and a shirt off Boohoo all for $64 (working out to be $16 an item!) as there was a site-wide 20% off and on top of that, free shipping! The website is easy to use and they have a massive range of stuff. From past experience although their sweaters are not made of wool they are quite comfortable and good quality AND look really good as well. Shipping is usually quite fast and will arrive within 10-15 within 8 working days and considering it comes from England that is very reasonable. They always have some sort of discount running and I will be recommending BooHoo to my friends!
I ordered a dress, a skirt and a pair of pants from Boohoo. I've bought stuff from Boohoo several times and they never disappoint! I got my delivery early on in the expected period of delivery. The clothes are all very good value for money. I do recommend Boohoo to all of my friends!
This was the second time i have ordered some clothing from boohoo and both times has been excellent. Not only do they have a really good range, they are super cheaply priced and usually have some sort of discount going on. I bought a jumper at RRP of $20 for $14 because there was a 'winter warmers' sale. When i received the jumper, (3 days after i ordered with free express shipping) it was really good quality and was quite thick compared to other jumpers of a similar price i buy on-line that is thin and flimsy. I will defiantly be shopping there again!
I ordered a few shorts and playsuits off boohoo and i love what i have received as per usual! They have a wide range of clothes at really cheap prices. The parcel came on time and most of the clothes were on sale, some being further discounted. The site is easy to use although i do find that searching for clothes in the search bar is quite confusing. The only issue i have is that i find the size guide can be quite unreliable so usually i look at what size the model is wearing and try and guess based on that, which as you can imagine can sometimes be unreliable. All in all BOOHOO is my absolute favourite on-line store and i will be shopping there again!
The website was not iphone friendly which made navigating and viewing products frustrating. The photographs don't resize always and was slow to load. I had to use my laptop as it was a much better experience and easier to navigate.
I also didn't complete the checkout process (last minute mind change) and was sent a follow up email to notify me of this and a link to complete the order. This is a very useful service (first time ive seen this).
Boohoo also sends feedback emails asking customers to provide feedback which indicates they are willing to refine their website to suit customer needs =)
Bought a shirt from this site as they were marked down and I needed a particular colour for an event. It was of good quality, but you get the feeling that the site is geared more towards women
Shipping took time, but that was to be expected as they are a British company.
This was my first purchase from Boo Hoo, I had seen them on tv and decided to give them a go since they have discounts for students. At the time of ordering, they also had free express shipping because it was close to Christmas.
The blouse looked a lot nicer in the picture than it did when it arrived. It was not chiffon, it felt like sandpaper and rough. It wasn't worth my while posting it back for a refund since they are located in the UK and the postage back is at the buyer's expense.
Overall, the quality was shocking, postage was fast and free. But because of the quality, i would not purchase from them again.
