The Iconic gives customers the longest time to return goods. I was able to buy two bags, in different colours, and return the one I liked least. They have a free returns policy, which is totally amazing.
I would shop with the Iconic more if they stocked more things that I love, but I always check their site because I just love their commitment to great service. I can't wait until they grow and have more stock that I love.

I bought new spurr cairo sandals and a fair maiden belt during the christmas/boxing day sales. The item arrived 5 days later (because of the public holidays, this was technically the next business day), which is quite impressive. Shipping was free over $50.
Very happy with the product, it is exactly as described! Communication is great, I receive an email for every step of the process (order received, order shipped, order received).
I wouldn't buy full priced items since they can be a bit overpriced, but its definitely the place to go when they have sales or coupon codes.

My same-day shipping experience was okay. The estimated time to arrival shown changed sporadically, and I ended up waiting for about 3 hours after the initial delivery time I was told. I understand The Iconic use an external company to handle these, and I am also located right in the Sydney CBD so I know traffic can be unreliable, but a better estimated arrival time here would have been great.
One of my items broke about 3 months after purchase (a well-used bag had a buckle come loose). I contacted support to arrange a refund. The whole process took about 24 hours from my first email, to when I was authorised to return. They are covering return postage.
Every staff member I've dealt with has been polite, friendly and understanding.
My only complaint is that prices can be unreliable, and sizing is sometimes a tiny bit off – but hardly enough to matter.

The Iconic ships your orders incredibly quickly! I didn't have a problem with them, they prepared and delivered my order in 1 business day.
My clothes were affordable as they were on sale, and I think quality is a bit hit and miss - some things very great, others not so much (not really loving the shoe brand Spurr).
However, service was great so I will be back to buy from more expensive brands on the site.
I realised there was a problem with my necklace in my purchase, contacted The Iconic via Facebook and they quickly organised a returns before the weekend (planned on wearing the necklace on the Saturday) so they were life-savers!!
It arrived in 1 business day via express shipping that was registered so my purchase was safe. I cannot commend The Iconic's customer service enough! I highly recommend supporting this online store.
I bought a Riviera Striped Maxi Dress from the Iconic last year for $79.95. Being the middle of winter, I unfortunately didn't try it on for while after delivery. The first time I wore it I noticed the stripes on either side of the dress don't match up from the seam in the middle. I'll never wear it again as it not only looks odd but the quality is poor.
