Fast and Free Shipping
Clearly one of the best online retailers in Australia, they are easy to use, have a clean uncluttered website and post same day so you get it within 2 days at most. Pays to keep an eye on their short term discounts as the savings are quite large if you get onto them in time.

Men's Pro Wristwrap
It was christmas and I had no time to do my Christmas shopping. We had KK in our circle of friends and I needed to get a present for my KK quick fast.

I decided to go online to The Iconic to see what was on sale and suitable as a Christmas gift.

I was browsing in the mens sport section online. This is where I found a great present as my KK was into training.

So I placed an order to a men's wristwrap that was on sale from $60 to $47.12.

Shipping was for free and it was delivered the next day! I was very happy with the postage and handling.

Shopping was quick and easy, price was very reasonable for a Christmas gift, no hidden or extra fees and it was delivered quickly which gave me more them to plan and organise gifts for other family members.

Overall, my experience with The Iconic has been great, easy, quick and the site was very user friendly to browse over hundred of items that were on sale during the busy season.

The Iconic at EOFYS.
As a subscriber to this online shopping portal I am constantly receiving email updates about the website's sales.

I have shopped with this store numerous times before and so I knew that I could expect a fast turn around from the time of purchase (Monday night) to delivery (which was Wednesday afternoon). Throughout the process, TheIconic kept me posted about when it had been 'picked, packed and posted !'. They also supplied me with a tracking number so that I could watch where my item was at different times. I purchased the Therapy - 'Wes' boot in brown and the only negative was that it was still full priced during end of financial year sales (however, as a subscriber I receive their quarterly magazine which usually comes with coupon codes such as $15 off a purchase when you spend $59 or more). I also googled TheIconic discount codes, and I managed to get $10 off the full price of purchase in the end. Delivery was $4.95, with the option of 3 hour fast delivery which would have been $9.95.

In my experience, TheIconic has provided the fastest standard delivery time - which in this case was 1.5 business days. It does also provide the option of express delivery which is within 3 hours of purchase (during business hours).

Great service - easy to return if needed!
Great range - very easy to use website too!

I bought a dress that I was 80% sure about, received it and after trying on it turned out not to be perfect. I returned it (free postage) and received a full refund without any fuss at all.

I really recommend this store for both customer service and quality of product.

quick and easy
I purchased a pair of Mavi jeans for a fraction of the price instore and a scoop long sleeve top.

The Iconic have a large variety of brands and are based in Australia. They have very fast shipping which is usually free if your purchase is over $50. My clothes came folded in a nice cardboard box. Shipping to Melbourne took two business days.

The quality is great, wouldn't expect anything less and service is great.

They also have 100 days free returns which is a bonus if you buy something you don't like or if it doesn't fit.

Terrible Experince
I really thought that The Iconic would be an easy and pleasant experience as they seem to have a good return policy, overnight delivery in inner Sydney etc etc. It was the total opposite. I ordered a flower girl dress, inner Sydney, was despatched same day but never arrived. The company refused to send me another dress unless I paid for a second one and tagged me along for two weeks telling me they would advise me of it's arrival when they had sorted it out with Australia Post. Eventually they stopped replying to my emails, I sat and waited and no-one called. I was patient to begin with but in the end I had enough. I called them for the third time and finally got someone that was eager to sort it out, I was told if the dress had not been found with in a couple of days, then it wasn't going to be found at all. So basically give up. I asked once again for them to please send me another one, but by then they were out of stock. They vaguely mentioned a voucher as compensation, but never sent one and when I followed it up, that email was also ignored. So two weeks after my order I was left with no flower girl dress and a bad, bad taste in my mouth. Do not recommend.

Poor Customer Service
I purchased some heels from the Iconic with express delivery. Having read their Ts & Cs on delivery to Perth and refunds (as well as having purchased items online before), I didn't think I would have such a dismissive response to my query when these heels turned out to be incredibly uncomfortable. Once evening is all it took for these heels to become unwearable and basically the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. As I wore them out for the evening to the Theatre (no major signs of wear visible) I was not eligible for the straight forward returns policy. I was advised on line to call up and explain my query further. The Customer Service agent wasn't helpful and only repeated the information that was already available online. She conferred to her manager and repeated the before information.

Any other shop would've listened to the query and provided a solution, the Iconic unfortunately is not yet a company that is able to manage real customer queries. I will not be ordering from them again and have reported them to trading standards.
