I bought a Dog Leash ($17.97 incl. free shipping)on 28th Oct 2013 from them. However nothing happened until I made contact via email with them on 31st.A half day later they replied and said they just got news from drop-shipper that the Dog Leash is currently out of stock. therefore they will have to fully refund $17.97 back to my paypal account. What I am not happy about is why it took three days to inform me, and further to this, I had to contact them to find out. It’s only a small purchase and free shipping and I’m quite happy to accept that if I was told much earlier(though prefer they put “out of stock sign” in a first place). But definitely this isn't good service in so far as not to inform their customer until they contact them.
This was my second purchase with them as I was happy with my first purchase back in June. I won’t shop there again.
