With my latest purchase from newfrog I bought an anti twist telephone connector which basically spins instead of curling or twisting when you pick up the base of your telephone. Updating daily, this store is great for buying all sorts of unique products and the website is easy to navigate. Prices are very fair when buying from new frog and my purchase had a total price of $1 including international shipping which is unbelievable.
On the 20/05/2013 i ordered a 'Flip Flap Solar Powered Lady Beetles Swing Car Toy Gift Blue Cool Car Ornament' and last week the item arrived as described.
Ordered a sling camera bag for an easier, more compact way to carry my camera and lenses
Placed my order on the 10th, marked as shipped the next day, to arrive 12 days after shipping. So a total of just under 2 weeks from date of purchase to have the bag in my hands.
Quite happy with the time taken, and wont complain.
The bag itself seems of good quality, with enough pockets and dividers to comfortably hold my Compact System Camera and 2 lenses, with separate compartments for a spare battery, memory cards etc
There are a few changes I would have made to the design of the bag to make it more functional and easier to use, but overall I'm happy with my purchase.
Will have to go out in the field to truly test the bag.

Ordered a devil shaped bottle opener as a present for a friend
I never got an item shipped confirmation, though i did get an email acknowledging my payment. The day before i was about to write an email to NewFrog to enquire about the status of my item, it was delivered. Delivery time was effectively 2 weeks from the date of payment, so i was happy, just worried that it was never shipped!
Friend seemed to like the novelty of the bottle opener, so i'm happy with that too.

Delivery was free as standard. I received a notification of my order, but no notification of my package being sent.
My order arrived within 2 weeks of my order, so it was a pleasant surprise as the package was unexpected. i was actually about to email them to enquire about the status of my order, since i had not received any communication from them.
Had issues with the order, but customer service was helpful
Ordered a hand crank torch to have around the place in case i didnt have batteries handy. as with all orders, shipping was free.
My order was confirmed the same day, but only shipped out 6 days later. My item arrived 15 days later, but was damaged (crushed).
I contacted customer service and had to send them a picture of the item. Once it was confirmed, they offered me the option of a refund or to re-send the item. I chose to wait for a re-send.
It took another month for my replacement item to arrive. But this time, at least it was intact.
Not a good experience in terms of purchasing the item and the time taken (luckily i wasnt in a rush to receive the item), but i can say that their customer service was helpful.
So, overall, an acceptable purchasing experience (not everything goes perfectly all the time and its the customer service, post purchase, which matters).
Based on this, i will continue to purchase from NewFrog
