Communication was EXCELLENT! Team Kat helped me with all my questions and kept me informed of all costs and time periods (for shipping, etc). I was provided with a tracking label to track my package via EMS mail (Japanese company) and received my package today (it took 5 days).
The CDs are of high quality, with cute dust covers and good sound. I would definitely recommend this site :)
