I purchased two knits and two skirts from the sale section, which are not up anymore! One of each for myself and the others for my friends. The knit for my friend did not fit her it was too big, so she sold it to my other friend. The sizing is not always accurate on Princess Polly and it's hard to tell because they don't always state the size and the height of the model. Also some products are not available in store so we couldn't even try them. While the skirts fitted nicely, but my one was a bit too short I can still wear it but I just have to be careful. So sizing is sometimes a hit and miss on this site, but all products are of the highest quality and are of boutique brands! I really love this site also because of the free express shipping, which is amazing! And products come in a very cute Princess Polly packaging bag! I'm not sure if returns are available in store, but I think you could inquire. I love shopping online for Princess Polly because the store is often filled with many people and some of them are not very nice... So I would advise a lot of people to check out the online store since you can view all the products easily as well! Also the shipping is pretty much the next day as long as you order before 12:00pm and the next day is a working day! So that is pretty awesome :)
