Hi, I called this company inquiring if a custom tie could be delivered by a specific date and was told yes. Ordered a tie and after some back and forth about the design and changes asked for by us it was processed. Some days later I was contacted telling me that the tie would not get to me in time for my colleagues farewell party (leaving for overseas). Now, I understand that some of the delays in finally approving the design came from our side, HOWEVER it is clearly your companies job to inform me that these changes now mean that you wont be able to make the delivery deadline. I believe not doing so is highly deceptive. BEST OF ALL, when we finally get the tie it doesn't match the approved design (the work groups logo is about 10cm higher on the tie than it should be).... This was a highly dissatisfying transaction that has left all of us with a bitter aftertaste. We definitely wont be returning customers.

I ordered a Pocket Square from this website that was on sale! They have a lot of things on that website for cheap prices if you look at the right time - they even have ties selling for as low as $6! Wow! A bargain.
The ordering process was easy and I used my credit card to buy it.
The company uses a courier to deliver the item and it has tracking on it. Still not sure if paying $6.60 for a pocket square was justifiable. It could have been easily sent in a stamped envelope for $1. From the day I ordered it (Friday) by next business day (Monday), a tracking email was sent by the courier company with a unique tracking number. Two days later, it had arrived at my house. Decent postage times - I recommend!
