I ordered a dress from this website for an event one month prior. When I received the dress it was an extreemy cheap and poor quality fabric and the sizing did not match the website discription. I returned the dress asking for a larger size. It took then 3 weeks to process it and didnt send me my dress instead issued a store credit.
When I asked for a refund they tried to tell me they had not received my return. I had to lodge a case with paypal. I fund this business to be extreemly un professional and unfair to deal with. Be wary as pop cherry are the same reatailer

Bad Customer Service
Don't shop at hellomollyfashion.com As good as the merchandise they claim to be the customer service is as bad when it comes to returning the merchandise specially if you are outside Australia. The item was defective and was not anywhere close to the website description. They wanted me to take a picture and send them which is another hassle. Then they refused to take the item back and said we have to send it back at our own expense which was $25 shipping charge. And then they will not issue a refund but they will give store credit. This was after several phone calls from New York and emails back and forth. Don't buy from them. You will never see your money back.
I ordered from Hello Molly, very excited about the dresses as I planned to wear one of them at my daughter's and my son's combined birthday party. The dress said to wash gentle so I put it in a lingerie bag in handwash mode on my machine. I do these for silks, bras etc and have no problem. The dress was so cheaply made that the tassles all came off. I told Hello Molly. They called me the wrong name (even though on the internet you can clearly see who the sender is) and then they said they would only be reimbursing me $15 credit through my account... which I can only claim if I purchase something else through their site. Really bad customer service. They don't care about us, only our $$$.

I recently discovered Hello Molly and I wasn't sure how true to the picture or size the clothing would be so I was a little apprehensive before ordering. I made an order on monday and by thursday i received my dress! from Australia to the US in just 4 days! all for just 10 dollar shipping, talk about service!
The dress I ordered was previously out of stock and 2 weeks later it was back in stock in all the sizes. I just jumped at the opportunity and ordered a size above what I normally wear because i wasn't sure how the dress would fit. Its still a little tight so if you order i RECCOMMEND! ordering a size above what your normal size is because they run small. I'm normally a small/size 4 so i ordered the medium/size 6 and i'm comfortable with a tight dress so i don't mind but for anyone liking a looser fit I would go up two sizes.
The dress I got had a higher neckline and had a draw string go around the neck and criss crossed in the back and if I had a bigger chest there would be serious concern for side boob. But luckily a size B cup is still covered without a chance of slipping out...bigger chests girls be careful of that style cut when ordering.
I bought a really gorgeous maxi dress off here last month and it arrived in 2 business days. I was so happy they offered free express shipping for all orders.
I wish their site provided measurements so consumers would have a better idea of the fit. Other than that, the dress I ordered looked exactly like it did online - really beautiful and of good quality.

The website does have measurements. Just look at the sizing chart and measure yourself to see what size you wear.
Cheers but I like to know the approximate length of the dress because I have a short torso and don't hit at the same length as it does on the model. Therefore sizing chart isn't very helpful to me.
I live in the US and I ordered 3 dresses for my 21st birthday coming up next week. It was extremely last minute but I was convinced their shipping was fast. My order status said "suspect fraud", and I was worried I would not receive my order on time. I tried calling customer service after I realized the time difference meant that service office hours where over for the weekend. I wrote an email explaining my situation. At 8pm, Sunday, US EST, I called again and Tina picked up in under 10 seconds. She assured me, that my suspect fraud status could have been something as simple as a billing address not matching, and that as soon as the payment was processed fully it would ship out.
She even went ahead and reassured me by also replying to my previous email a few hours later saying my products have been shipped, and even remembered our phone call.
I am so happy the way she handled my problems, and I can't wait to get my dresses!
This place is by far the best place to shop for quality and fast shipping. (that is if you live in Australia) Not sure what its like overseas as i dont live there but im sure it would be fine!! I have bought over 7 dresses from this place and every single one has fit perfectly and came the next business day. Although the prices are around 60 dollars your paying for the awesome quality and the express shipping is just a bonus :) cheers!
