I am very dissatisfied with campion store in Williton. I waited 2 hours in line only to find they didn't have any of the books instock! So I waited for nothing. Then I was told when I come in next to go straight to the back desk and my order will be ready to go. So when I returned the back counter was closed so I had to line up again and then wait for them to find and pack my books!!! I only went In the store to save the shipping cost but Instead I spent more in fuel making two trips there and waiting in total 2.5hours this store is very unorganised. If the books are not in stock they should offer free delivery to save us having to make a second trip back.
This is usual for this company. They are rude and unhelpful

I order my school books from the Campion website every year. It always came in a neat box and I find it easy and very reliable. Order online and by the due date to make it easy everyone.
