xhelss would not shop at The Online Pen Company again.
Slightly disappointed
I ordered 2 engraved parker pens for my high school teachers. The pens were $24 each plus $9 each for engraving and $9 shipping. This was the cheapest price I could find after browsing around the internet. After waiting 7 days, the pens finally arrived, with no engraving to my dismay.
After sending them a complaint email, they told me to check the pen again carefully and if its not there they will refund the engraving cost and I can do it locally. This annoyed me because I don't think you can miss an engraving on a pen and they made it seem like it was my fault. I replied telling them that I wanted a full refund, because the reason I bought it online is so I don't have to get it done myself. 8 days later they told me I can send it back for a full refund. It took them another 2 days to tell me the address. My money was refunded 14 business days later.
Although the price is a bargain, they need to improve on their customer service. I love getting engraved pens as gifts, and if it wasn't for the bad experience this would probably be one of my favourite stores. I personally wouldn't shop here again.
