Order on a helmet on Thursday, paid $15 for same day delivery. Didn't hear anything nor receive anything on the Thursday, Friday I emailed and wrote on their Facebook with no response then I called at 3pm. They then blame their computer system as it flagged my purchase as "spam" even though I used an official work email address when ordering through their OWN website. They happily took my money on the Thursday but never bother to call nor process the order as they thought it "might" have been spam. Their customer service is a joke along with their attitude. Would not recommend at all, buy somewhere else!
