Good prices and shipping times, simple refund process
Ordered a pair of Jeans from HB, with delivery being free as it was over $50.
My item was posted out to me the same day and arrived 2 days after that (with complimentary chocolates). I am generally always pleased with the shipping times and the free chocolate is always appreciated.
Unfortunately, the cut and design did not look as good as the pictures, so i had to pay shipping to have the item returned.
I had to fill out a few forms and send it away with my purchase in order to receive a refund.
The process was quite quick, with the money being returned back into my account 1 week later.
I understand purchasing clothing online always has an element of risk and an easy returns process makes for a good experience.
Will still be happy to continue to purchase from Hallensteins and recommend them to others
Free delivery was included as my order was over $50. Payment needs to be made by card (no PayPal or Amex).
My item was marked as shipped 3 days later, by DHL, to be delivered the next day.
I find the delivery and service from Hallensteins to be consistently very good, with orders typically arriving within the week.
The quality of the items are also generally very good, and i'm happy with both the Chinos and Tshirt. The chocolates they always give with orders is always a welcome bonus!

Ordered 2x merino wool blend jumpers in preparation for colder days. as my order was over $50, i received free shipping.
After receiving confirmation of my order, it was marked as dispatched the next day. My order then arrived 2 days later. Speedy delivery as usual.
the merino wool in the jumper seemed a bit thinner and scratchier than previous jumpers i had purchased from Hallensteins (though this was a different brand), and i guess i'll be able to decide on the comfort with extended use.
Overall, would be happy to purchase from Hallensteins again.
