Won a two month subscription to Giraffe box and it's delivery is horrible.
Was meant to get an October box, received it a month later so probably received the November box instead, even though it was delivered from Melbourne to Sydney it took so long.
Then for December waited til the 20th to email them about why i hadn't recived the 2nd box. received an email back saying i will get it end of december and asking for feedback.
Then actually received it around January 20th, after getting another email january 15th saying that they have to check with Aust Post. I reckon they probably didn't even send it.
I feel sorry for the people having to pay $19.95 for the box, and if their service is as bad as this waiting over a month to create something fun with your kids for $20. It is not worth it
