The staff at Sweetwater are the most amazing bunch of people that I have come across. I bought a Shure SM58 Microphone and mic cable from them. The quality of their products are great. Their shipping is really quick considering that they are from the USA and their packaging is superb.
Their staff are always willing to help out on difficult decisions, but will take time to reply via e-mail.
As always, Sweetwater always delivers with great service and great products. Delivery was quick, about a week or less. The pricing of the microphone that I bought was fairly cheap but the shipping costs from these guys are expensive, although, it's fedex so you know you're not getting bad delivery service.
I would definitely recommend sweetwater to other people just because of their great service.
