toasted would shop at HMV Japan again.
Fast and Reliable
I purchased two CDs from the japan store as many others did not have these items available.
Shipping is expensive but relatively similar to other stores. Only EMS was available.
Service was all through an automated machine, probably because it mainly coped with japanese customers. However, questions are all answered promptly.
Warranty was provided, but the additional shipping costs would have to be paid by the customer.
