I recieved a Ross welder from these guys and when it arrived, it was damaged a little from the courier. It was difficult to communicate with them via e-mail and they took a while to reply, though they have the best customer service on the phone. They instantly sent a new welder after the call.
Shipping took a week or so to arrive. extra 2 weeks for the delay due to damage.
