The only issue was the shipping took so long for me to receive the order which was nearly 3 weeks. Also the shipping price was even equal to price of products bought. It may due to international shipping: Hong Kong - Sydney.
Quality of products are ok. Not so bad.

I ordered a pair of shoes and a coat from here. The shop claimed for the parcel to have a tracking number and when i didnt receive tracking number nor package 2 weeks later, i enquired about it. They apologised and then told me one of my items(shoes) were out of stock! If i didnt contact them first would they have contacted me? Fustrated i asked them for a refund which they agreed to. i didnt receive the refund until 1.5 weeks later! All in all my coat came more than a month after order date. A button came off after several uses as well. The store has really cheap and large variety of items but in all wouldnt shop again after the trouble from experience.

Sammydress is so slow! My necklace arrived in 38 BUSINESS days, not too happy about that but I made sure I didn't need it in a hurry.
The items here are very cheap, site is moderately easy to browse though, descriptions are quite accurate and checkout is simple. Shipping takes forever, quality is quite nice for the price.
I don't think I will be back though because they took so long!

I ordered 5 items from them on the 3 Sep 14 . . .13 days later order was still sitting at processing after contacting them was told 4 of 5 items were out of stock but they would send the one in stock so long and the rest on the 25th . Nothing got send and when I contacted them again after 25th they said 3 was still out of stock and no explanations why the one that had been in stock hadn't shipped. I asked for a full refund and suddenly the next day was told they couldn't as they had send out the two items that morning. They gave me a tracking number that did not show up for 3 more days showing it was not actually posted till 2 days after I canceled the order. I have tried to get a refund since for the outstanding amount without any joy and when the two pieces finally turned up 6weeks after I ordered the were nothing like the photos. The sewing looked like a 10year old did it and the sizing no where near what was given on the listing..all they are, are bad knock-offs of the pictures shown that will fit a child. 8 weeks after the sale I still haven't received a refund. Please dont waste your money with them.

The stainless Steel Eyebrow Tweezer was a bit hard to used but eventually I figure out how to use it. The shipping of the product was fast. Got it in 1 week.
Every time I shop here I'm just can't believe that everythings just so cheap! I get discount code whenever I put some items into "My Favourite", so this time I use the discount on some jewellery, bought 3 rings, 1 earring and 2 necklaces all in total just $23! When it arrived, some of jewellery are came in double amount although I've only ordered 1. So I give out those extra to friends or as a birthday/christmas present, its a win win.
My rings took 21 business days to ship! That's really slow but processing took 1 business day and they warned me in the email that shipping would take 12-25 business days and that it's out of their control.
That's okay I guess if they are aiming at keeping costs low. I'm happy with everything I received, they arrived in a bubble-wrap envelope.
The site is easy to browse, most things are very affordable and the experience was great. Will be back!
