This was my first purchase from Aus Pen after I spent some time searching google for some whiteboard markers that were more environmentally friendly than the standard markers.
I found the website some time last year, however some of the items that I wanted (the refill ink if I recall correctly) were out of stock. I emailed them to provide feedback that I wasn't making a purchase as some items were out of stock.
I received a prompt reply from them stating that they would be in stock soon and they would let me know when they had more. I didn't hear from them again.
Some months later, I thought I would check the website again and they were in stock.
Despite my disappointment at not hearing back, I went ahead and ordered some markers, refill ink and replacement nibs. I found the markers weren't great to write with at first as the tips are very firm, however with some squishing and mashing I found them great to write with.
Postage was prompt and the items were well packed. The pens take some getting used to, but they seem great. While I was not thrilled with their service, I was happy with the pens and will buy from them again in future.
