disgusting service and no customer relations do not order from this store
i order a set of sheets on 7th December, despite multiple emails from there customer service desk that my order would dispatched, then an offer for a 50% refund in feb yet to this date still no refund and still no product delivery This company is a scam, do not buy from them
I am lodged a complaint with ACCC if anyone else is in the same situation I hope you lodge a complaint to, this company is ripping people off
Ordered a sheet set and received an email on 17 Jan that the order was awaiting delivery. According to their website it is still waiting...so am I.
In the month I have been waiting I have received 26 emails promoting products (more than 1 per working day) but not one in response to my email about non-delivery.
Purchased two Nature's Wool Quilts in King($59) and Single($39) sizes, quilts were light and warm for winter in terms of its pricing. However, the delivery takes some time with big shipping cost i.e. $35.90. But the overall pricing and quality of product experience is good!
