I was impressed with the Green Thumb gifts website; it was extremely easy to navigate and aesthetically pleasing. The gifts looked like (and are in my opinion) a creative option. The delivery service is excellent as there is a 'Same Day' delivery service. Our gift arrived to the recipient on time. It would be great if they matched the plants they sent to the location it's being sent to as because I don't know a lot about plants the one I chose wasn't really suitable to the climate of its destination. The presentation of the gift was excellent and payment process easy. The gift was on the expensive side but is comparable to sending a really nice bunch of flowers.
I ordered flowered for a bereaved widower, and they went to the wrong address.
I chose the flowers, entered the address and pressed the 'buy through paypal' button. I then facilitated the purchase through paypal and my standard paypal delivery address override the recipient address that I'd entered into the green thumb site. I had no indication that this would occur and the flowers went to my address while i was away and died on my doorstep.
I contacted Green Thumb about this and received NO RESPONSE. Not happy.
