I ordered a few items, seamless checkout, payment and delivery process. However, one of the items shipped was not what I ordered. Emailed customer service to notify of this and the correct product was shipped out immediately. I was able to keep the incorrect item as it would have costed $$ in shipping it back to them. Great customer service and timely responses.
