I ordered a tank top off Choies recently, after previous horrible experiences with Choies i vowed i would never order from the store again but the shirt was only $2.99 with free shipping so i don't really mind if its very late as long as i receive it at some point. The website is a little glitchy but they have a good range and reasonable prices. However their goods are generally not great quality. From previous experience dont expect the parcel to come within the time frame promised
impossible to get a refund when the item was lost in the post.
I bought two skirts from this site. I can't comment on their quality because they didn't arrive.
This is unfortunate, but not something that I get bothered by - I find a small percentage of items always get lost in the post.
But after more than a month I contacted them and they responded only by telling me not to worry, they were in a busy season and it would turn up.
The item was tracked leaving china, and then lost. The tracking never showed any more information than that. After more than 40 days and further attempts to contact them, I filed a dispute with Paypal.
They never responded to multiple messages on Paypal, so I escalated it to a claim. 60 days later I got my money back.
I would suggest that Choies service is a bit wobbly. It's ok that something would get lost, but telling someone to just keep waiting could almost be read as encouraging them to forget about the 45 day window to go to the Paypal resolution centre. If I'd have taken their advice I would have lost the money I spent.
