IT Estate's product availability status is faulty. After placing an order for a USB TV Tuner dongle, which advised availability as YES, and not receiving my order after a week I contacted IT Estate via email to receive a call back advising they didn't actually stock the item and the delivery from their supplier was lost. They offered to send out my choice of two different tuners - one of which was the superseded model of the one I originally ordered and another which was much cheaper elsewhere after a quick search on Staticice. They were happy to refund.
I wouldn't recommend trusting their online availability status. Also, I would prefer a company with a proactive focus on notifying customers to delays instead of waiting for the customer to contact them.
Bought my motherboard (asrock pro 4 Z87) from here as they were the cheapest and offered free delivery within Sydney. Payed via Debit Card (surcharge applied) as I was unsure of the legitimacy of the place.
Heard nothing for 2 days and so emailed them asking what my status was. A very friendly person explained that they had had some issues ordering in the product and that it should arrive on Friday.
It did, I wasn't at home at the time but the deliveryman called me and left it at the door as instructed.
Overall very impressed and definitely would buy from here again.
