I got some nail stickers for free with free shipping during a clickfrenzy promo they had going on. It arrived in 9 business days which is pretty good.
It is a bit annoying to browse because sometimes it's hard to click on the top tab links as it moves (bit hard to describe - but it's clumsy).
I probably will not be back as there was nothing on offer that excited me. They sell items without brands so it's really hard to judge quality or know what you're going to be in for.
I bought a suitcase with a matching cosmetic bag from this site & a couple of duffle bags. When they arrived, the suitcase was much smaller than I had expected & it was very flimsy. One of the duffle bags is not only very flimsy & cheap, but it is also stained. I didn't bother to open the second duffle bag. There is no way that I would buy from this site again
Hi Jacquelinee, I have had a few emails back & forth with the support team, who at first wanted photos etc & then said they would judge my case & if they saw fit, they would replace them. I replied that I didn't want a replacement & now they are telling me to post the stuff back & they will refund me. As it is a suitcase & cosmetic bag & 2 trolly/duffle bags the postage would be up there, so I'm not sure if I will risk sending the stuff back & hope that they refund me or whether I shouldn't just cut my losses now & drop the stuff into one of the charity shops. Interestingly, they told me that this is the first complaint that they have ever had, but I have seen quite a number of complaints on other sites as well as this one. They also go by the name Temzell pty ltd.
Thanks for sharing! I will definitely avoid them then, that's absurd they want you to send it back when postage may potentially be higher than the cost you'll be refunded anyway!
