I ordered an aircast ankle support from Onefitshop for a right ankle. They forwarded an ankle support for a left ankle. The item was received in a battered and well worn box and was poorly packaged for postage.I have emailed this company three times asking how I can return this item and receive the correct item as ordered. They have not replied. Nor can I find a phone number or address anywhere on their website. I regret ordering from them.
