I ordered a visor for one of my helmets. This was the only place in Australia that I could find who stocked it – they have a HUGE range.
Pricing was standard and what I'd expect to find in-store. Delivery pricing was standard.
Shipping took about 3 days. I was not provided with a tracking number or notified that it had been shipping until I asked. However they replied to me very quickly, so that's nice.
The packaging was not very sturdy – my visor would have cracked under any weight, it was just in a bag with minimal padding – however it was sent via courier so I guess that's okay. It arrived fine.
Customer service seemed casual but friendly. It feels like a small specialty shop, which I actually like.
