Apparently our blinds were dispatched the day we ordered them however we did not receive them until nearly two weeks later and only after we followed up with the supplier. Disappointed customer here.
Very happy with Yes Blinds. I have bought a few blinds from them so far and they are good products at the right price. On my second order I stuffed up by ordering the wrong type of linked blinds. Their customer service area was very good about it. They were able to send me new brackets and blind attachments to fix it, at a minimal additional cost.
If you don't mind measuring and installing yourself, this is the way to go. Don't even bother getting quotes from a blind company, they won't even be close on price to these guys.
I was amazed at how easy and quick it was to order the blinds I needed. Our house was open for inspection and locally it would have taken 5 weeks to get what we needed but from Yes Blinds it was within a couple of days. Very impressed with their service.
