I came across this website via facebook, there was a promotion sale on wedding bridal party trunks on special for 5 pack.
The website was user friendly with a large range of bridal gifts, products.
I placed an order for a 5pack mens bridal party trunk: x3 groomsman x1 best man x1 groom
equals $89.95 discount -$17.99 postage + 9.95 total $81.91
I thought this was a bargain! it was perfect for my pockets and for the groomsmen as gifts.
I received the items not long after and realised that the Groom trunk was mistaken with Groomsman.
I contacted customer service and advised her of the incorrect order.
She advised that she will check her storage and send out another one straight away.
I received a call advised that there was no more size small for Groom in the same brand.
We liaise via mobile phone and sent MMS of other brand. I was not happy as it was different style.
I asked her to place a size medium on hold of the same brand I originally ordered. I checked with the Groom to see if possible he would fit size Med and he was ok so customer service had sent me out the medium size.
