It was the first time I ordered directly from Kiehl's online shop. I wanted the Avocado Eye Cream and my local department stores didn't stock it. I was told by the staff that I could order online, however I would be charged a shipping cost if spending under $50. The eye cream costed $41. So I went on Kiehl's Australia website and found out I could order straight from them, and the best part was free shipping! The shipping was fast, package was fantastic with and greeting card and dried flowers inside the box, and free samples! Great shopping experience, will definitely buy from Kiehl's again.
