On 29/06/15 I placed an order with warehouse1 for an HP 387A Multifunction Printer. I immediately paid for and I expected delivery with 1-3 Days.
On 09/07/15 I attempted to phone warehouse1 but after 2 calls and having spent 35 minutes on hold I emailed them in an attempt to find out where my order was.
Having had no reply by 11/07/15 I again called the business, Spent another 20 minutes on hold and then spoke to a man who couldn’t tell me what had happened to my order and advised me that he had my details and would call me back as soon as he had spoken to their warehouse. He never called me back.
On 11/07/15 I then sent another two emails asking for my printer.
On 13/07/15 I received a reply to the email from Jack Gregory stating “I have requested assistance from my Manager regarding this, to find out where the order is up to and when it will be arriving, as soon as I have more information I will be in touch to let you know”. Needless to say I have never heard back from this manager.
On 17/07/15 I again emailed and requested the printer be sent. My order was Rejected and cancelled without explanation.
Never do do business with them. They are unprofessional and you will be frustrated and disappointed.
I ordered this MacBook Pro with Retina off their website after seeing that it was the previous model offered for a good price, I processed the payment via bank transfer to avoid a surcharge and got a receipt via email and was told it was shipped.
After waiting numerous days to receive the item I called to see where it was. I was told I would get a call back tomorrow as he could not find anything about my order in the system.
I never got a call back, so I called myself. When calling back the next day they let me know they hadn't actually shipped the item because they don't have it! I was offered to pay more for the higher priced model or a refund. I took the refund.
The refund took several days and several calls to process, but eventually came through.
Service only gets 2 stars due to the fact the phone number made it easy to get onto staff.
