Very Disappointed
I first went on their website to order some personalised chopping boards for Christmas on 14/12/15. I chose the express post that said the order needed to be in by 18/12/15 which I clearly made that deadline.
14/12/15 I ordered two different boards and got an email back saying the order was being processed. I wrote in the comments to contact me if the boards would not be arriving by 23/12/15 to notify me.
17/12/15 I still not had heard from anyone to send me proofs and confirm the order so I emailed them to double check they would be arriving by the Wed and ensure the order had been processed. I tried to call and message the mobile number but it would ring out and I could not leave a message on their mobile.
19/12/15 I finally heard back from Stephanie (I had actually contacted a different business that morning to do the boards because I hadn't heard back from Personalised For Me) that morning and she said she had sent the proofs though on 16/12/15 which I never received. She said the boards would be engraved that day and the boards would arrive by Tuesday.
The boards had not arrived by the Tues or Wed so once again I emailed and tried to call but once again there was no message bank and no answer. The boards ended up arriving late Thursday afternoon (Christmas Eve) when my partner had already left for Christmas with his family (one of the boards was for them) so I had to express post that to them, which they didn't receive until the next week.
To this day I never got a reply via email from the last contact about why the boards hadn't arrived.
Overall I was extremely disappointed with their customer service, email reply and not being able to have phone contact. I definitely would not shop with them again and would not recommend them to anyone else.

Long wait
I purchased a groupon deal for a personalised chopping board. I then went to the companies website to create the order. Two weeks after placing the order, i hadnt heard back from the company so i contacted them. Turns out even though they had all my details and could see that i placed a order, somehow my order didnt go through. It then took numerous emails and months for my board to arrive.
I would not recommend shopping with this website
Did you actually get your board though? They said mine would arrive by 5/5/15 but it still hasn't, and they aren't responding to my emails. I was starting to think that they may be some kind of scam... been dealing with them since 2/3/15 trying to get everything sorted out, and for it to not arrive is a bit disheartening...
Yeah, after complaining to Groupon and requesting a refund through PayPal, they sent the refund along with a note saying that they were sorry I was dissatisfied... so I contacted them again, and surprisingly this time they responded! Apparently they had been told by the courier that the board was delivered on 5/5/15 (which it wasn't). Managed to renegotiate with them to make a new one, and I had it within 72 hours (this was a couple of months ago). I returned the refunded money after it arrived. The board itself seems a bit flimsy, but I'll be using it as a prop for my food blog and not an actual chopping board, so I'll just lacquer it up to look nice and shiny... Hope you get your sorted out soon!
