Broadbill would not shop at Supergrip Tools again.
Very poor service
I purchased an air compressor on their ebay store which stated free delivery Australia wide. After 4 days I emailed to find out if it had been sent yet and never received a reply. After two weeks I phoned them to find out where my air compressor was. I was told it would cost to much to ship to me so they hadnt sent it. I asked why they hadnt let me know and was told they were trying to sort it out. Someone was going to call me back to let me know. No one has ever contacted me. They just cancelled the order.
