Although they have recently changed free shipping to purchases over $100, they offer free click and collect, which is really handy. I find the website easy to use and the online range is decent. Delivery is expected within 3 days but usually it comes sooner.

With free shipping over $100 or click and collect, and items nicely wrapped, receiving my package is the best part of the experience. Saw these ballet flats at Myer but unfortunately they didn't have my size. Found them available for pick up from David Jones Bondi Junction. It was also much cheaper than the sale price at Myer. Very happy customer!

My shopping experience with DJs online store was better than I anticipated. I made a purchase that had incorrectly went through my credit card 3 times. As I was checking-out, the website crashed & I did not recieve reciept numbers until the 3rd time. When I discovered the 3 transactions, I contacted DJ. They prompted replied and promised to look into it as soon as possible. My transactions were reversed within 3 days and customer service was friendly & informative.
Hopely DJ will improve their website so that customers can make purchases seamlessly. Nevertheless, I am pleased with my experience & this has not deterred me from purchasing from their website again.

Have made 3 purchases online. First order arrived with security tags still attached. Second order arrived again goods had security tags attached. Third order received though not the correct contents - the goods and shipping advice belonged to someone else. Another return item. Customer Service extremely helpful and apologise profusely. The issue appears to be in the Fulfilment Section.
