Saw these ballet flats at Myer but unfortunately they didn't have my size. Found them available for pick up from David Jones Bondi Junction. It was also much cheaper than the sale price at Myer. Very happy customer!
I ordered a new microwave for my in-laws and with free delivery, it just made my Christmas shopping a lot easier. They had the model I wanted (and it was on sale!) and the item is being shipped directly to the recipient. Saves me driving around and lugging a large and heavy box around. Shipping was done within 3 days as expected.
I ordered some beauty products because DJ had a promotion where you get a $20 gift card for every $200 spent on beauty. I also have access to DJ gift cards at 10% off so I saved 20% on my purchase. With free delivery, why wouldn't you shop online? Very happy with my purchase.

I love David Jones but the stock consistency store to store is frustrating so I used online services and more expensive non delivery failed to comply with sign upon receipt instructions. Instead not carded and sent to Australia Post. They got (lost) with a squiggle signature Never again.PS the irony of it being signed D Jones. That's so funny they must be joking surely?

No delivery, no explanation.
I placed an order with David Jones online for standard delivery to a home address. Working from home, I was at home all day every weekday from placing order to delivery date to wait for it. On the delivery date I received an SMS notifying me that it was instead at a post office without any good reason, and that I had to collect it. I was unable to get to the post office and explained the situation to David Jones. They then informed me this morning that, not only will they not be delivering the item to the address as promised, they can only "return it to sender" (themselves), which will take up to 10 days, and then issue a refund, which will take a further seven days. I'd been a big fan of David Jones until now, and would warn anyone against purchasing online from the store.
