Ordered a computer from Deals Direct. Arrived with no instructions. Couldn't install WiFi device. Manual incorrect. No direct contact with Deals Direct "customer service" -- all by email, nobody human. Ordered by them to talk with supplier. Supplier didn't speak English. Complained. Deals Direct ordered me to return entire computer (it was a software problem, but they don't seem to understand the difference between software and hardware). Deals Direct does not care about customers once they have paid money. This is a borderline criminal operation. Anyone who orders merchandise through Deals Direct is forewarned. Don't take my word for it--look at other evaluation websites. One woman ordered an exercise bicycle that exploded. Deals Direct ordered her to return it "for evaluation." This company should be put out of business.
I ordered a ironing board cover and I was happy with everything except for the postage which I selected to exclude the insurance, but it somehow added it back on. However I contacted their online service team and this issue was quickly rectified. Pricing wise, it is defintely the best deal I could find online.

I purchased a ridiculously large cat scratching tree from Deals Direct after concluding that they had the best price for the sort of item I was looking for.
Shipping was extremely quick, with the tree arriving one week after I placed my order. Super fast considering its travel to WA.
The scratching tree is not perfect, there is one bolt that doesn't quite fit properly, but I have no intention of complaining, because the bargain price outweighs that small issue.
Overall, I am very happy with Deals Direct and would happily buy from them again.

i was looking for steamer as i detest ironing a lot and i heard that steamer is working as well as a normal ironing process
so i researched in internet and found a lot of product are nice and recommended but none of them is as cheap as the one here ( and it's only available in dealsdirect!)
so i bought sheffield garment steamer for only $49.95! i guess it's the cheapest (or at least according to my price research last time)
the item arrived in just 2-3 working days! and the mailman actually rang my bell, so i woke up and would be able to take it from the mailman( I don't really know if they always do this but only this time they did!)
when i unpacked the item, it's really awesome it comes with everything as promised and when i use it + they put a sticker on their perfectly packed item who packed the order (it's trivial, but it's kinda unique)
it's really good now I don't have to iron my clothes anymore and I have perfectly 'ironed' shirt without ironing it, I'm really satisfied with the product and dealsdirect's service
