I had never shopped at Top Buy before, I was looking for a specific item and found they had the cheapest price, although the website was quite "cheap" looking , I guess it didn't matter. The order was processed but took several days before shipment and took some time to reach my address. I didn't receive shipment notification via email such as other similar sites do. When the product arrived the packaging was crushed in one corner. Not a total disaster but not the best first experience with a new retailer.

At first, communication was bad, they had a website issue I couldn't contact with them online. They had a promo going on to report any online bug issues and receive a $50 online voucher, which I claimed. I used that voucher for the above two products, they gave me 3 separate vouchers, two voucher codes didn't work, so I went back and forward with them about it. Dispute took too long and I was disappointed that when they replied it didn't get linked to my personal email so I had to go back to their website to check their reply. So I haven't bothered to try the voucher codes again, they kept saying it would work but it doesn't.
Items took too long to ship. I was going to buy the Samsung S3 from them but due to the lengthy response time I changed my mind.
Shipping was slow. Took over 2 weeks to received the two items.
Items were as described but not top notch. Deck sometimes works but sometimes doesn't, as it was off the voucher I won't complain.
