I'm utterly disappointing with CrazySales.com.au as I bought this spin bike on 03.01.2014 and only received the product today 20.01.2014 after 17 days, after 3 emails and i had to open a dispute with Paypal against them. They use Toll courier service (TIG) who couldn't locate the product and when I inform that to CrazySales they emailed me to understand and wait for few more days.if you gonna buy something from this site make sure to follow up with them until you receive the product. coz they dont really give a damn after they got the money.
I read the reviews for this store, there are many thousands of unhappy buyers to be found, but I stupidly thought, it won't affect me!
I placed an order via their ebay store (oz-auction) allowing a good 2 weeks for dsipatch and a further 2 weeks for delivery. the item was bought as a gift. 3 weeks later and after numerous attempts to get a dispatch date with NO reply, I ask to cancel the order as there is no way it could arrive in time for the gift. Suddenly they tell me it is dispatched. I check tracking and it is not dispatched, just a e-con note lodged two weeks prior. They tell me to chase it up with Toll myself! I call Toll and they have not been contacted to collect the item yet. So I go back and again ask for a refund as the item is not dispatched. Then I get story after story of why they cannot refund my $320. I have now contacted ACCC to assist me, and thank God for Paypal who should be refunding e soon. Crazy Sales - IT IS ILLEGAL TO TAKE PAYMENT AND NOT DELIVER GOODS! IT IS ILLEGAL TO REFUSE REFUND IF YOU DO NOT MEET YOUR TERMS! It seems they can just about handle their sales, but if someone dares to ask for their rights, they get very rude and refuse. The engligh is very poor so must be people who do not UNDERSTAND AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW! 1 star is too many. I will never shop here again, Deals Direct is way better. Please don't think this can't happen to you! I have had a month of hitting brick walls as they are practicing illegally.
Ordered a samsung galaxy s4 GTI9506 black and a white one, white one fine black one (DOA)= Dead on arrival. sent an email to ask if I could send it back to get a new one, 2 days ago going on 3 and still they haven't responded
I bought a bass guitar from Crazy Sales (http://www.crazysales.com.au/online-full-size-electric-bass-guitar-pack-black-93477.html). I checked the bass guitar on the webpage and wanted some more information about this guitar as the description was misleading. For example, it said “Enclosed Machine Head(s)”. This is incorrect. They are open machine heads. Crazy Sales also referred to it as an “acous tic guitar”. It is NOT an acoustic guitar!
I wanted to know what wood this guitar was made of so I contacted Crazy Sales. Instead of a proper answer, they merely copied what was already on their website. Useless!
I decided to take a risk and order this guitar. Initially it said that it would be sent by TOLL IPEC. When I clicked on TOLL IPEC, I was re-directed to another page on the Crazy Sales website that clearly stated that if the product was under 22 Kg weight that it would be sent by Australia Post. I therefore gave Crazy Sales my Australia Post parcel collect address as the total weight was 5.8 Kg. However, Crazy Sales sent the item by TOLL IPEC. TOLL IPEC do not deliver to Australia Post parcel collect addresses. Lucky for me, the courier was generous and called me on my mobile and we met in the city. He did not have to do this.
The guitar was poorly packaged without any padding. The 1.2 meter cardboard box had only one strip of tape around the centre so that the top and bottom of the box opened effortlessly. The “Free Extras” like tuner and strap miraculously hadn’t fallen out. But the picks must have as they were nowhere to be found. Also, the guitar was faulty. The plastic cap had separated from the pickup. When I called Crazy Sales, the operator (female) was unapologetic and curt and just said that they’d respond to my query via email. My son was about to walk through the door for whom I had bought this bass. I wasn’t sure whether I should hide it and waste my time with secretly sending the bass back and then to get another one or keep it and fix it myself. As a musician, I can fix the pickup issue in under an hour. When I didn’t hear back from Crazy Sales, I fixed the pickup myself.
For several days, the Crazy Sales website listed the guitar as “Processing” but not sent. But it had been sent as I obviously have it as I am writing about it. And today, I got an email claiming that the bass had been sent yesterday. What a load of rubbish, I already have it. Incompetence, incompetence and more incompetence. In conclusion, Crazy Sales has failed to provide correct information about their product on their website. They did not package the item correctly. They did not use the carrier described on their website and it was faulty.
Crazy Sales owe me two picks that were missing in the package and 50 minutes of my time for fixing the pickup.

I ordered a bbqfire pit table last weekend ,which carried a $31.00 postage and thought was reasonable at the time. Only to discover a day or two later , that the same product had a reduced postage to $15.00 . In fact none of their bbq's postage were now over $25.00. I got caught and while I have tried to get an answer from the company, have had no response. Please be very careful looking at the cost of postage and don't get caught like I did. Hope all parts are there as I have yet to open the box. Getting caught out with the postage took the excitement out of getting it.
As winter had just set in, I needed some new warm bedding. I discovered CrazySales as I was searching online for bedding stores. I purchased a Mink throw blanket and some new sheets. I found their website bright and easy to navigate with a lot of support options and savings. The order process was simple and I paid via Paypal. Delivery was estimated as 7 - 10 days but product was dispatched and received in 5. A positive first experience.

buying multiple items allowed you to combine shipping, which saves on some of the shipping costs
when i placed my order, the website was having issues, so my order was placed twice. contacted customer service to cancel the duplicate and the response was quick and helpful
my order was confirmed and marked as shipped the next day. the items arrived separately 3 and 6 days later, respectively. a little surprised as i expected both items to arrive together, and there was no indication that they were shipped separately.
i was not home to receive one of the packages, but i was able to organise it to be redelivered, which was an easy process
the shoe shelf required self assembly. both do the job they were purchased for, though the rack was a little larger than expected. but i can say im happy enough with the purchase
overall, a good experience without any issues. based on this experience, would buy from CrazySales again
I ordered 2 chiroflow water based pillows. It is almost half the price a chiro charges, even with delivery fees! I've used them before and the results are fantastic - no more neck pain when you wake up in the morning. Cheap and fast delivery time.
