EB Games is Australia's leading retailer of new and preowned Video Games, Consoles and Accessories for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC, PSP, Wii and DS. Buy online or at one of over 400 stores Australia wide!
There was a sale on and so decided to grab the deals and old games before I could never find them anymore.
Received a confirmation email and one for when it was shipped.
Each DS game was below $20 which was brilliant and the shipping was only $5 for for the 5 games that I ordered.
They came in a box with bubble wrap which was good.
The only problem was that since they were pre-owned I couldn't know that some of the titles were missing cases and manuals, but it was pre-owned so I was ready for this.
Great interconnectivity between online and retail stores
I ordered a game from EB Games online store (Dishonoured on Xbox 360) and went overseas. When I got home some weeks later the game had not arrived so I emailed EB through their 'contact' button on the website. They said the game had been returned to sender and when I said that there was always someone home they took my phone number, called me and they organised it so that the funds would be repaid to my account and there a copy of the game waiting for me 5min away at my local store. EB could not have handled this better - I was so satisfied with their service.
Bought this for $68 + 8.20 shipping off EB Games website. Price was similar to what you'd find in most similar retailers and the shipping cost was fairly expensive. Item took around 21 days to arrive due to a delay in getting stock, but was happy with the item when it arrived and the customer service was always fast and helpful. Would shop again.
Pre ordered Borderlands 2 vault hunters edition, received the standard edition in the mail. Maybe it was an error on their end, I called up confirmed that my order was for the vault hunter edition and they express shipped it to me, received it the next day.
I normally do all my pre orders from JB but they had sold out, they have some good deals especially during the Christmas period and pretty good EB exclusive bonuses for pre orders.
EB games is the top-dog when it comes to selling Video games in Australia. As a leading retailer they do a good job with shipping, customer service and warranty but with online retailers such as Ozgameshop on the rise, EB games is usually expense on the New releases. If you want to buy a game from a retailer you can trust, EB games is very reliable.
While this store has the big titles coming out, you can always find a rare gem of a game that goes under the radar. Also, as I found out when coming from overseas, one game that I wanted had a huge difference in price (even after currency conversion). Service is great and friendly staff too. I would shop here any day.
I ordered some sale items from EBGames and they came within a week of ordering, the shipping time was good and the website is easy to navigate. The packaging was awesome, the items i bought need the packaging undamaged and that's exactly how they came.
